Our new recruits follow a set path: each one is assigned to a tutor, who introduces him/her to a variety of projects, with the aim of providing a complete panorama of each aspect of our work. This, together with the organisational model and the distinction of roles, allows individual talents to emerge and grow within our company. At the same time, the company provides an in-depth knowledge base through in-house training courses and the opportunity to attend SAP courses.

BGP Consulting makes every effort to allow its consultants to express themselves to the full. To assist this, two meetings are held every year, preceded by an evaluation meeting based on the report drawn up by the Project Leader with whom the consultant has worked. This allows strengths and weaknesses to be identified, results rewarded, individual development channelled and any necessary training to be provided. This approach has already produced many splendid professionals.
